This Privacy Policy explains how FuseDesk (“FuseDesk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by FuseDesk LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website, join our launch waitlist, or use the FuseDesk application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Create and manage your account and authenticate logins;

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:
- Service providers / subcontractors — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, SMS/messaging delivery (e.g., Twilio), email delivery, and customer support. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FuseDesk, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
SMS / Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and are excluded from all other information-sharing described in this policy.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, FuseDesk sends transactional text messages related to your account: account and security alerts, appointment and scheduling reminders, and invoice and payment notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile opt-in and consent information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full messaging terms, see the Messaging Terms in our Terms of Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or our launch communications conclude.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) may have additional rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice.
